At Lo Romero Golf, the development on the western edge of the municipality, communities are typically golf-front villa developments with larger land plots, communal approach roads, landscaped garden areas and in some cases shared facilities connected to the golf club. The community's relationship with the adjacent golf course infrastructure needs to be clearly understood when placing insurance — shared facilities not owned by the comunidad de propietarios itself may need separate cover arrangements.
