Declare all externally fitted accessories — awnings, satellite dishes, bike racks, solar panels — as well as any high-value portable items regularly kept in the motorhome (laptops, cameras, power tools). Accessories added after the vehicle was built are not automatically included in the standard vehicle cover. Declare the total value of accessories and contents when arranging the policy; under-declaring means under-insurance at claim time.
