Our office is located in Javea (Xàbia) on the Avenida del Pla, one of the main roads into town from the N-332 coast road. Free parking is available directly outside the office. We are open Monday to Friday, 09:30 to 15:00.

We aim to respond to all quote requests the same business day. For health insurance, we can often provide an indicative quote within a few hours. For more complex products such as fleet, commercial or hotel insurance, we may need 1–2 business days to gather the right information from Generali. If your quote is urgent — for example for a visa application with a near deadline — please call us directly on 966 461 625 and we will prioritise your request.

Yes — for Non-Lucrative Visa and Digital Nomad Visa health insurance applications, we can typically provide the Generali certificate on the same business day once the application is completed and payment is confirmed. If you have a consulate appointment within the next 48 hours, please call us immediately on 966 461 625 so we can prioritise your case.

Almost everything can be arranged remotely — by phone, email or WhatsApp. Many of our clients across the Costa Blanca and throughout Spain never need to visit the office in person. We send all policy documents by email, handle payment securely, and provide all certificates electronically. If you prefer a face-to-face meeting, we welcome visitors at our Javea office Monday to Friday 09:30–15:00.

Yes — we regularly help clients switch their existing Spanish insurance policies to Generali. For most products, you can switch at renewal by giving your current insurer the required notice period (usually 30 days in writing). We will check whether switching saves you money and provides better cover, and we handle all the paperwork. For health insurance, we can check whether your existing conditions will be covered under a Generali policy before you switch.
